Have also been tasked with temporarily managing & overseeing the I.T department & operations at RDM South Africa Boksburg site, at regular intervals. This includes & is not limited to : - Handling call tickets & assignments to technicians. - Creating & presenting in SOR meetings with management. Giving statistics, status updates & feedback from I.T side. - Creating site wide tasks & exercises. As well as the directing & completion of these tasks. Etc. Working on a very broad range of technologies, both unique and enterprise levels & standards. Standard as well as confidential policies, procedures and implementations which all include : - Standby & Remote Support (RDM South Africa Boskop site - During year end company closure) - Desktop Support (Local machines, troubleshooting hardware & software, licenses etc.) - Printer & Devices support (Mobile setups with company exchange etc, network printers & configurations, as well as special security devices etc.) - Network Support (Connection & troubleshooting with hubs, switches & routers.
