I have broad range of work experience gained in various fields including TRUST services, WILL writing, Life Insurance, Property Dealings and Property Management for 15years. I'm best known to my clientele and friends for having very comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of TRUST products and services, Life Insurance plus matters relating to Property Market and Property Dealings. On top of having such in-depth knowledge in these fields, I have shown time and again to have exceptional ability utilizing such broad knowledge to advise and help my clientele and friends the practical and realistic ways to achieve what they wanted. My skills on these matters are invaluable especially to those who lacks awareness about the benefits of TRUST services, Life Insurance and Property market. There are many such people here in Malaysia. Based on news articles, there are approximately 10% of Malaysian adult population who has a WILL, not to mention have assets in TRUST. We guessed there are less than 5% of adult population who has assets in TRUST now. Hence, it is critical to develop more people to be aware of the social issue, I'm trying to share and help others to understands the need of having a Trust and the benefits of TRUST, WILL, Life Insurance and funds investment.
