- Documented and processed classified materials. - Multi-tasked and performed well under pressure. - Performed duties subsequent with a mid-level management position. - Accountable for collecting and managing the various forms and data necessary for supporting smooth operations within the Naval Reserve Unit for all Europe based reserve sailors. - Tasked with safeguarding the personal information of all reserve sailors within Europe. - Served as a Deputy Department Head (Training)and tasked with ensuring all reserve sailors within Europe had the tools needed to complete their annual training requirements and lead a successful career. - Time as the units training ADH saw a 70% increase in training compliance. - Research and development of training for all Europe based reserve sailors. - ESAMS Officer (Safety) - Accountable for ensuring all reserve sailors within Europe meet annual safety requirements. - Time as the units training safety officer saw a 50% increase in safety training compliance and participation over previous years. - Key Leadership Positions: Officer in Charge (OIC) of security and planning, supporting multiple EUCOM exercises, including European Strategy Conference 2015 & 2016, Southern Flanks Conference 2015, and Jackal Stone Conference 2015. - Spearheaded planning and logistics for a conference of 500 participants, including more than 35 General and Flag Officers, Ambassadors, and Senior Executives (SESs), with a budget of $500k. - Coordinated GOFO/SES registration and logistics, requisitioned all military rentals and transportation, designed and produced the 20-page conference pamphlet, created a post-conference survey and oversaw all other planning requirements. - Assumed accountability for EUCOM’s Comprehensive Joint Assessment, researching and finalizing the key report used by the Joint Chiefs of Staff to determine funding for critical programs to support Eastern European allies.
