During my time working with Will, I was constantly impressed with both his passion for software engineering quality and ability to analyse and challenge product requirements, ensuring we deliver the real value proposition for a feature without significantly compromising long-term vision or quality. He was a fantastic Tech Lead for the Tag team, mentoring new hires and working in a cooperative and transparent way with all of his peers at the tech-lead level. On top of that, he recently moved roles for a change of scenery into the Yieldify DevOps team and has likewise been a high-performing member of that team in very short order. I look forward to being able to work with him again in the future, hoping our paths will cross again soon!
