  · Answer main phone line with a positive attitude and knowledge of Direct Primary Care. · Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of employers and affiliate providers across the nation. · Onboard new employers to ensure their understanding of Direct Primary Care as a benefit to their employees. · Onboard new affiliate providers to ensure their understanding of Direct Primary Care as a benefit to their practice. · Train employers and affiliate provider staff on corporate technology platforms. o Employers – Hint o Affiliate Providers – Spruce and Hint · Collaborate with internal corporate departments to fulfill all employer and affiliate provider questions and requests. · Organize non-DPC medical services with employer groups. o DOT physicals o Drug screening o Flu shots · Provide Director of Operations with information necessary to invoice employers for services not included in DPC memberships. · Assist with collecting utilization data to present to employers. · Plan quarterly affiliate meetings (virtual or in person). o Schedule meeting and invite personnel and affiliate providers. o Create Agenda with input from other team members on items requiring education. o Identify & Invite speakers.
