Recently based at the East Midlands Control Centre now moved to York ROC (Aug 2020); leading a team of Managers and Train Operators, providing world class standards of train service performance on the UK’s largest Rail Franchise. Anticipating problems and reacted to disruption from rolling stock issues, minor and major infrastructure faults and defects. Liaising with Network Rail (NR) Route Control Managers (RCM) Incident Controllers (IC) Train Running Controllers (TRC) Signalling services, Driver Resource Managers in compliance with best practice and statutory regulations within a safety critical environment.
