Responsibilities for all operations of the front office, housekeeping, engineering, room service, security. Taking round of whole hotel property and supervising the staff that either they are working properly or sleeping. To manage the pickup from airport, rooms and meals for large number of guests in the situation of sudden arrival in the night shift. Responsibilities for looking after the restaurants staff and the guests whether they are looked after properly or the service has been given promptly or not was a part of my scenario. The main idea was guests satisfaction. Taking care of daily arrivals. Sorting out the regular guests and the VIPs. Guide the reservation supervisor in their functions to ensure optimum occupancy with a maximum average room rate. Take personal interest and pride in the responsibility of ensuring that the lobby area, reception desk and cashier’s desk is kept in a clean and orderly state at all times. Ensure that the credit policy of the hotel is rigidly followed in order to minimize uncollectible city ledger accounts arising from inaccurate or incomplete billing instructions. Taking care of guests complaints and giving a fast response to their needs. Conscientiously develop and train junior staff to perform their functions with maximum productivity and efficiency so as to prepare them to take on greater responsibility. Giving the necessary training to the staff how to be a good hotelier and improving their skills to supervise.
