- Management of clients' inquiries using following languages: English, German, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian. - Appointed charter specialist for a portfolio of Central Agency listed yachts. Negotiation of acceptable charter terms and maximisation of bookings at the most favourable terms for both owners and Central Agency. - Responsible for the accuracy of all information listed on YachtFolio/Central Yacht Agent, including: rates, specifications, crew profiles, bookings, photography etc. - Preparation (co-ordination) of charter agreements including provision of contract details, checking drafts and exchanging charter contracts. - Accounting operations for charter funds and bank transfers to owners, captains, brokers and in house accounting, handling VAT issues that may occur, in conjunction with accounting department. - Assistance with marketing and marketing strategies, yacht electronic presentations, departmental industry updates, announcements, electronic mailings, broker updates and brochure distribution. - Preparation of graphic materials (brochures, business cards, materials for mailings etc). - Preparation of articles for shipyard's magazine. - Social media management (Instagram, Facebook) - Post charter follow-ups with charter brokers and captains to collect information on the success and any issues occurring during the course of the charter. - Development of quality business relations with relevant stakeholders and industry professionals. - Participation in boat shows.
