David DuBarry-Hennessy

I had the opportunity to work for Vish at the height of the pandemic and during that time the immense leadership and operational skills were consistently evident in the harsh environment of warehousing and fulfilment against the backdrop of incalculable fear, risk and uncertainty for a largely transient workforce. Vish brought his authority to bear in all aspects of the running of the site and in doing so, was both uncompromising and compassionate, an almost impossible juxtaposition to master, but he did. Whilst I worked in a subordinate role, my wide career experience has gifted me the chance to witness many leadership styles and most importantly their outcomes and as a result I am able to wholeheartedly recommend Vish to any organisation that needs operational magic with strong leadership.
