It is rare to come across a talent like Viraj, someone who is highly technical and can work directly with operations to understand the need and map out a solution. I had the pleasure of working with VIraj to provide visibility to the Ocean supply chain partners on container movement (origin to destination). Viraj was able to quickly understand the complexity and provide solutions. While also taking the lead on process mapping other areas of the business to present to VP/SVP level to improve the business. Great talent!!

Viraj Patel was a member of my Global Supply Chain team. I highly recommend him as I know that he will be an asset to any company with regards to his analytical and reasoning skills along with his impressive attention to detail. During his employment he has proved himself to be an efficient learner and effective change agent. He quickly demonstrated an understanding of an established inventory management process, which was relied upon across the business, improving its efficiency and providing training to local teams. He then was able to use the process to better manage global inventory optimisation. Viraj is able to quickly understand complex supply chain challenges and using analytics, develop robust solutions as a result of the dedication and commitment he has to his work. He can be relied upon as both a team member and an effective team leader through his approachability, reliability and ownership of tasks. Viraj demonstrates an all-around diverse approach to finding and implementing solutions through his involvement with people from various teams. Even with a strong work ethic, Viraj has demonstrated his caring side through actively seeking out and participating in local community involvement activities to improve the lives of those less fortunate. He shows a keen interest in expanding his knowledge and skills to maintain his personal development and growth.
