I was responsible for structuring commercial loan projects of all sizes. I also had a division that conducted loss mitigation services for families facing foreclosure. Furthermore, I invested in Real Estate properties and my niche was to help families that could not qualify for traditional financing. In addition, I trained others on my techniques so they can help families as well. In my spare time I would go out to churches to educate families on strategies they could use to save their homes from foreclosure. Show less
