Summary: I wrote stories, features and news copies around doing business in Africa for a monthly magazine publication covering sectors like finance, start-ups, entrepreneurship, technology, and SMEs. I also conducted interviews with many successful business leaders, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and C-level executives.In my role as the Editor, I produced highly engaging and original business content relevant to all markets in Africa.I had full accountability for quality control of the content published on the website for compliance with copyright laws, story authenticity, fact-checking, spelling, grammar, and style.I managed editorial planning and strategy execution, ensuring the theme of each magazine edition was relevant to doing business in Africa and making sure we released a new edition every month.I secured top-level contributors and sourced exclusive interviews with some of Africa's top entrepreneurs, and business leaders to create relevant content for each magazine edition.I also prepared weekly performance reports and actively identified and implemented strategies to increase the readership and reach across African markets.
