At BarGruppen, I was part of the creative department. One of the responsibilities was the overall marketing on social media. I was primarily responsible for our marketing through our newsletter, that was sent out via our database in mailchimp, which I also created and maintained. I ensured the overall contact with our study representatives and administrators at various educational sites, and we planned all the intro parties, pre-intro parties etc., at our 15 bars in center of Copenhagen. In addition to the events themselves during the introductory period, there was a strong focus on creating increased loyalty with our new potential customers and making them part of our loyalty program. I was a part of a larger team, which was located in the permanent store, and I was also responsible for all sales in Hi3G´'s shop'in'shop concept at the local supermarket Bilka. I was in direct contact with existing customers selling products, maintaining subscriptions and generally kept a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition to the daily customer service, I was also responsible for direct sales and demonstrations of new products, and during my time at Hi3G I have several times been part of, and won various sales competition. TRAVEL GUIDE, 3 months: Alanya Turkey As a tour guide, I was part of an 8-person team, which was responsible for the daily operation of the destination. The job included daily contact with the guests, making sure they had the best holiday ever. I would help them with hotel problems, informing them on day-to-day activities, selling excursions they would enjoy, and in more serious situations taking then to the hospital. In addition to transfer trips from and to the airport, I ran many excursions weekly, often with 40+ participants. HOTEL RESPONSIBLE, 2 months: Kemer Turkey As hotel responsible in Kemer, I was responsible for the daily operation of the destination and worked together with 2 guides from Solreiser to ensure that all the Scandinavian guests at the destination had the best possible holiday. In the daily operation, I was responsible for all excursions, all hotel visits, all welcome meetings, and all transfers for the Danish guests in Kemer. During this period, I was the right hand of my destination manager, and was in charge of all contact with hotels, external guides, local hospital etc. Supervisor, 2 months: Sanya China After Turkey I was offered a job as a supervisor in China. I was there for 2 months, and was in charge of preparing the destination for guests, i.e hotels, trips and transfers. After that I also ran the daily operations before I returned home to Denmark. During the period, I was responsible for all the communication between 4 hotels, both in relation to accommodation of guests, and possibly problem solving between hotels and guests. I was also making sure the quality of all existing and new excursions was up to standard and helped to choose the final selection of excursions for the guests.
