Malmöandan - is a platform an agreement created by the commitment between the city of Malmö and civil society organizations , it adresses the ethic foundations on which Malmö shall build on. The focus is to create a more equal democratic society and we want to contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable city. Malmöandan is a plattform for cooperation, inspiration and dialogue. Meetings, conferences dialogues are arranged to share knowledge, increase citizen participation in which, politicians, municipal workers and civil society discuss solutions to main local challenges. Civil society and the City of Malmö are responsible for the implementation of the cooperation plan.

This includes research and identification of individuals, organizations & companies that implement best practices and contribute to positive change of the society. The jury selects finalists and winners within 8 categories linked to the 7 discrimination grounds covered by the Swedish law. The duration of the assignment was short-term for four months. As a Project Developer in the project “ Anti-racism in Working life” I had the assignment to support the development of methods and network to create a more inclusive labour market. I was responsible for the compilation of studies, information, statistics in order to create a report that will describe the economic and social consequences of racism and discrimination at the Swedish Labour Market. The duration of the assignment was short-term for four months. Sustainability Project Manager

I was working for a brighter future at Drivkraft Malmö. Drivkraft was founded in 2011 in order to ensure all children right to a good education without discrimination on any grounds. I worked to identify partners & sponsors who have an interest to finance education projects for teenagers as main beneficiaries. In addition I work to identify volunteers who want to assume the role as mentors and homework helpers, matching youth people with mentors, and follow their relationships since the first interview until the graduation. I had the assignment to develop organizational guidelines in order to linked our projects with sustainability. In this process we incorporate cross cutting issues like environment, diversity & human rights with a special focus on our work with young people and five of the global goals for sustainable development.

With a norm-critical perspective and together with the project manager, I was responsible for the mentorship program, the development of methods, workshops, lectures and training courses to support individuals, companies and organizations in learning processes, discussions, reflections that led to change in attitude as well as practical and concrete change management in where diversity is linked to organizational development and employers feel include and equally treated at the workplaces. In addition I worked with the EU-project "Samspelet" financed by the EU with focus on facilitate foreign-born academics to settle into the Swedish labour market. Hard work and commitment lead to we were one of the three finalists in Malmö Business Gala 2017 in the category diversity
