A big 'THANK YOU' is in place when it comes to all efforts Vera has shown to make the stay of the Dutch national football team at the Donbass Palace Hotel in Donetsk most memorable in every positive kind of way. She liaised superbly between the various departments at the hotel and me; she understood what was required for a football team and handled everything in a punctual, reliable way.
