In my role as Product Manager for Jobox I: • Collaborated with stakeholders to develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for Jobox • Led a team of three software engineers and oversaw the development and launch of five versions of Jobox's core flagship product which h as led to R1150 000 in revenue and an NPS score of 75 since our initial launch • Introduced a product analytics tool to measure user acquisition, conversion and engagement within the product. This provided data driven insights into what we had to improve to meet our KPIs. • Conducted user interviews with 50 participants and used the findings to develop possible value propositions and user personas for a customer segment that wasn’t serviced by our flagship product. • Implemented no code tools to build internal t ools that automated and streamlined business operations, resulting in a 20% increase in operational efficiency • Led the implementation of no code tools to develop prototypes from user requirements, improving the team's ability to validate ideas with potenti al customers and go to market faster. • Collaborated with the Business Development team on discovering which channels and pricing model would help in increasing revenue.
