When Tyler was hired his starting role changed somewhat significantly shortly after he was hired which made his initial few months much tougher than the average start at HubSpot - despite that usually challenging circumstance not only did he adapt flawlessly, he was even voted as the MVP New Hire from his starting class which spanned new hires from multiple teams including folks who were not affected by the extra challenges he faced. Not only is Tyler an incredibly capable worker who can learn quickly and adapt easily to change, he's also just really nice. To this day he's one of my favorite colleagues I've worked with and anyone who works with him would say the same thing - that he's a personable, empathetic, and truly thoughtful person and as a result he drives consistent and high quality results for the people he works for and with. In short, whatever role he's in I have no doubt he excels and any team would be lucky to have him!
