Achievements include: Delivered the roadmap successfully unlocking the next wave of budget. The Agency Agile way of working has been successfully adopted by the team at TCT and by the client which improved productivity and team morale. Mentoring and coaching team members to support them so they can work more efficiently. Encouraged and helped to build a collaborative environment where the team felt they had input into the way of working which improved ownership of the process. Delivered incremental improvements with the team to make sure we’re always improving. Building strong relationships with the clients and ensuring that the way of working seamlessly integrates with their business practices.
