Potential migration of men and women will be contrasted with other adaptation approaches using a stakeholder-driven and co-produced integrated assessment approach. Conducted a research program on "Impact of Climatic and Non Climatic Shocks to Communities and their Livelihood Activities- a project of OXFAM conducted by C3ER, Brac University. It was an initiative titled 'Scaling Up Inclusive Dairy Markets' to strengthen the dairy producers in 7 districts of Northern Bangladesh. I had to stay 10 days in Sirajganj as a field researcher to identify the climatic and non climatic shocks/hazards of the targeted 10 villages under 3 unions which are impacting the major livelihood options of the locality.
