● I directly support and work with the Oregon Office of Emergency Management and FEMA Region X (10) in the development of Cascadia Rising National Level Exercise 2022● I serve a Liaison to increase communication and collaboration between the State of Oregon and their partners with the FEMA National Exercise Division● While integrating with workgroups and organizational planning teams I work to enhance awareness and education regarding response collaboration and disaster event understanding● My goal is to help create an exercise that has meaningful engagement and useful injects. We do not exercise simply to meet objectives. We exercise to make ourselves more capable of saving lives when we are called upon.While serving with CONSTANT Associates I also help with other projects as needed including:● Outreach for Interagency Modeling and Atmospheric Assessment Center● Branding and Social Media outreach for the company● Maintain situational awareness to support Business Development with leads on opportunities● Have a fun time with a great group of people!

Hospital First Receiver Course Instructor

● I taught classes of 15-25 participants on HAZMAT awareness, Incident Command System, and decontamination procedures providing hand on practice with Level C Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR's)● While teaching I always worked to bring a fun experience to the classroom and unique insights to the instruction materials ● I helped plan and conduct mass decontamination full scale exercises (FSE) with live mock victims for Hospital First Receiver locations

● I serve as the EMS provider representative working on quality improvements and long term planning initiatives● I collaborated with local and state EMS/trauma partners in advocating for quality data collection from response agencies● During our Performance Improvement meetings we assessed EMS data and set a goal of reducing late EMS reports with unknown reasons to below 50% within 6 months by addressing challenges in patient care reports
