At Nexedi, aside from using NoSQL based DB, we also store catalog inside ERP5 itself to make search faster and easier. This catalog is based on ZOPE API, which we plan to use less and less and be more focused on using ERP5 API itself. My task here was to migrate the catalog from ZOPE to ERP5 API.
