Tim Davis was a wonderful mentor and training manager. He would work side by side with me at my pace to make sure i understood what needed to be done, so well in fact that i could train someone immediately after. Tim takes his time to understand the job to its fullest, and pass it on to others.

It has been exciting to see Tim develop his customer service, sales and management skills over the years. I hired Tim because because of his abundant enthusiasm and willingness to learn. In a short period of time, I realized that I had made the right decision. From the very beginning Tim always put the customer first and enjoyed working with the public. In a very short time, Tim put his new product knowledge training to work to become my top salesman in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Regular positive customer reviews and a loyal customer following were further evidence that Tim was treating my customers right. I left Radio Shack in 2008, but have watched Tim grow as a manager and become an example of how "doing it the right way" pays off. Tim has won numerous awards against tough sales goals and has been promoted to larger stores. I still speak with Tim regularly and he has proudly shared his success stories with me. I would hire Tim Davis again and any other organization would benefit from having Tim as a member of it's team.
