Manage the day to day working of a recycle pulp mill. We take recycle paper and make it into fresh pulp for newsprint production. My job includes finding issues everyday, all day and resolving them as quickly and efficiently as possible. I am also on the Emergency Response Team and have been since I was hired. I also facilitate Safety training, including but not limited to WHMIS, Confined Space and Lock -Out procedures. I have been trained JSHC Level 2. I used many different Operating Systems while working most Microsoft systems, Provox and some CAD and SAP. The day to day workings of this job made my abilities in multitasking, problem-solving, prioritizing issues, communication and leadership skills excel. I still use them to this day. I drove many different types of vehicles and machinery. From 972 Loaders, bobcats, Scissor-lifts, different kinds of towmotors even cherry pickers. Certified on all of them at one point or another.
