      After an Implementation of a Business strategy I sourced, Cascade is now a fully-staffed Healthcare service with 4 homes in Norwich and 1 in Hull. With most homes being Over-staffed in preparation of a new service opening this year. This project I implemented, now no longer requires expertise guidance and can function seamlessly. In total across my 1 year of employment, I successfully recruited 120 Support Workers (70% of this figure was recruited through this project I embedded). Alongside this I recruited roles from; Teachers, Registered Managers, Forest School Leaders, Administration Support, Health and Well-being Managers and many more.I will be continuing supporting Cascade with the management of their SMS portal, monitoring the compliance of their Overseas workers and the compliance of recruitment within an SEND Independent School.
