Bio
Jordan Soliday
I had the privilege of supporting Therese's learning journey as part of the August 2022 Cohort for the MIT xPRO Technology and Innovation Acceleration Program. Immediately upon meeting Therese, I found her to be kind, non-anxiously present, and a thought-provoking contributor to office hour conversations and discussions board interactions with other students. I highly recommend Therese for anyone interested in a curious, compassionate leader dedicated to understanding problems well in order to create sustainable solutions for those she serves and works alongside.

Therese has incredible skills in making things work. Resourceful and innovative her skill set is unique in bringing together projects and teams from multiple backgrounds and making them a success. Her leadership in meetings is amiable yet subtly directed to ensure maximum extraction of ideas and opinions of the group. Contributions flow and brainstorming is encouraged, yet sheparded towards the aimed for end point. I am yet to meet anyone who does not immediately warm to Therese's approach to individual and group interactions. Her skillset as an individual is formidable. I have worked on industry-clinical interfaces involving development of focussed and freeform projects with great success. Her background and experience of Pharma and medical devices from sales, through compliance and education is well honed, polished and up to date. Conference organisation, website development and content editing are all within Therese's portfolio. This includes international collaborations and personally presenting promotional material with great impact.
