  • Managing the design team, including appointing designers, architects and structural engineers for various restaurant, bar & hotel projects. This involves organizing and running design meetings to ensure our brand standards are met. • Responsible for creating the ‘Design Bible’ for the various brands, which entails the general branding, offer, concept and look through constant market research and reflection of existing spaces. • Responsible for overseeing the redesign of both existing restaurants as well as creating concepts and strategies for new restaurants. Most recent successful projects include neighborhood café &bar '31 below" as well as the ever-popular Winter Igloos at Coppa Club Tower Bridge. These won Best Pop-up Restaurant & Design Award 2017. Due to the success of the Igloos, they have been rolled out to the Virgin Airline Lounge at Heathrow. Upcoming projects include new Coppa Club outposts in Henley-on-Thames, Maidenhead as well as The Swan Hotel in Streatley and The Great House in Sonnig, which both entail the design of the guestrooms, public areas and outdoor landscaping.
