I was in charge of Weddings & Events throughout the festive period. From the initial enquiry I would be there day-to-day contact, helping with the planning right up until the event starts. I run the Social accounts (Instagram, Facebook & Twitter) with the content ranging from everyday life at the pub, promotional offers and organised events with the aim to grow the social media presence and sense of community online. I leverage my knowledge of drinks to create bespoke cocktails and cocktail lists for events, host cocktails master classes and as a Hop and Wine Master I train staff on our stock.
