Its rare to come across a mentor like Szilard. We connected in 2012 at a global business case competition held by CIMA where he was a judge and he told me to reach out to him if I ever need career advice and he has been a mentor to me ever since. At each point in my career so far, from choosing a first job straight after university to looking at future career paths after spending some time in my current role, Szilard has always taken the time to provide his insight and examples from his experience that has played a large part in shaping the professional I am today.
