The first few important things that comes to my mind about Swetha are that she is a fast learner, has passion towards learning new things and bringing a variety of ideas to the work. At the height of the global credit crisis, when customer satisfaction was a challenge, she was able to take some difficult challenges and was able to create a win-win scenario to both Siemens and her Customers by being very persistent and straight forward.
