The Equality in Health Initiative is a $13.1 million, seven-year initiative sponsored by The Colorado Trust with the aim of reducing racial and ethnic health disparities across Colorado. The Partnership serves as the statewide coordinating agency for this initiative, providing day-to-day management and technical assistance to twenty-six grantee organizations in the areas of cultural competency, health disparities and program evaluation. As part of our work in each of these three areas, The Partnership helps grantees build organizational capacity, develop organizational leaders, and strengthen program effectiveness.
