Steven was one of the first people I met at Sears. He was a great example and a great salesman. Steven helped teach me the ropes, manage customer expectations, and how to perform above expectations. He accomplished this all through leading by example and doing en exemplary job at it. Steven always went the extra mile to not only do a great job,but to do so with integrity.
