  I am responsible for assisting with the setting up of a mobile crane, undertaking all kit and equipment checks prior to the commencement of every event, the setting up and positioning of all of the equipment on the ground, checking that every customer has gone through each check at each position prior to them reaching me, checking that the weight of each customer corresponds correctly with the chord that they have been assigned, checking that each harness has been attached to the correct standard, checking that all connection points have been completed correctly, safely dispatching each customer from a variety of heights (160ft, 300ft and 409ft) and making sure each customer has the best experience possible.

  Throughout my 12 month, undergraduate, industrial placement I completed varied and wide range of tasks within the technical department. I was responsible for; the completion of technical layouts including all external works layouts, plot drainage layouts, Manhole schematic layouts and highway detail drawings. I also liased closely with the relevant parties to ensure that all of the required section agreement we're agreed upon prior to the commencement of construction work on site. I was also responsible for the creation of an F10 control sheet to ensure that the technical department could easily keep track of whether or not the HSE had been notified regarding all of the developments within the Lancashire region.
