I had the privilege to work and learn from Steve at First Entertainment. Steve is a visionary leader who is able to quickly understand complex issues and implement solutions that bring huge value to the business. Steve helped to guide our organization through a challenging period where we supported our credit union members in a 100% remote environment while delivering technology solutions that changed the way we work and collaborate. Steve was instrumental in developing and obtaining board approval for our technology roadmap that greatly enhanced our system availability, security, and cloud infrastructure. Steve demonstrated expert knowledge of front end applications to backend data to deliver end to end solutions that improved lending production and smart marketing to our members. Steve always impressed with me with his ability to translate the business need to the technology solution. Steve's knowledge of financials and explaining the ROI led to a close working relationship with finance that is now driving large cost savings in IT while still investing in leading edge technology. Perhaps Steve's greatest attribute is he truly cares about building up others around him. I enjoyed working with Steve as an executive leader. He quickly embraced the challenges related to our technology infrastructure.
