Steve hired me directly from the Military in 2001 and mentored me through my time with Telco Electronics/Call UK. Basically as far as I'm concerned, I owe my current knowledge/skill level to my time working with Steve over the 6 year period I was with the company. I've never known anyone who could spot a fault and then leap to the actual root cause without doing the usual interim analysis to work out where the fault lies. He was right far more often than not. The depth of his knowledge and experience in the Telecomms arena is truly breathtaking at times and it was a real privilidge working with him.
