I worked with Stephen for a few years within a commissioner/provider relationship; Stephen managed service provision and contractual negotiations for a service his organisation provided. Stephen has always been a pleasure to work with, a forward thinking and positive person who always provided an open and collaborative working relationship whilst always striving to resolve issues to conclusion so as to minimise impact on the service provided and the service user. I always found Stephen to be objective and constructive in his approach to his work and never once did he promote and provide anything other than a can do attitude.
