Steve is an excellent communicator, leader, and decision maker. While working together at Novotech, Steve was a rock while our small business was battered by the 2009-2011 changing economy. As new orders were decreasing, He set a brilliant strategy on which orders to accept, as well as new areas to look for opportunities. Steve is also a tireless worker; often the last person to leave the office at the end of the day, and not a stranger to working weekends. Steve is also a natural mentor. He was instrumental to my development into larger roles with the company, and played a large part in my decision to pursue my MBA. Despite working obscene hours, he always found time to explain a new concept, or his rationale behind his decisions. He also had a calming effect to the office, as he listens well, and has a gift for managing personalities. Steve has impeccable integrity, and is respected by everyone he works with. Steve will be successful in all his endeavors.

My involvement began at the start-up phase by implementing financial and cost accounting systems. Early focus was on securing both bank financing and angel investment. Key areas included overseeing three separate building programs, totaling 45,000 square feet at a cost of $5.5 million. Helped guide the company from an entrepreneurial start-up to an established profitable operations. My involvement began at the start-up phase by implementing financial and cost accounting systems.
