      Started out with PDM as an administrator and forecaster but due to a restructure of the commercial department, I was promoted to Sales Executive midway through 2021 which expanded the role to being Account Manager for our Food Service accounts as well as being the first point of contact for our retail customers on the day to day aspects of the business.
