I currently run the marketing at live streaming and production agency, Groovy Gecko. I love how open and receptive they are for improvement and change, and I've loved working on and completing various projects, including:- Auditing current marketing practices including external agency spend and return, website design and social media. Developing strategies and solutions for improvement- Leading a company re-brand, stemming from values of the company and how that should translate to visual branding; Working closely with the CEO and Business Director- Designing a new website to match the rebrand; including wire-framing, designing all website pages, creating a brand tone of voice, creating and rewriting all copy, and sourcing web developers for the website build- Defining the company culture, planning and managing all internal events, parties and activities, advising on hiring and internal practices to improve employee engagement- Interior design of our London office (creating 3D mockups for pitching), creating a budget, purchasing, and project managing the refurbishment so our workspace better reflected our brand and personality- Integrating Hubspot with Salesforce (which the sales team use) to allow the company to track lead sources and give a better understanding of investments for better ROI on all marketing endeavours- Creating monthly and annual KPI’s and ROI for Marketing- Creating and managing a yearly Marketing budget of £130k- Managing and liaising with external agencies (PR, Google Adwords, SEO, Social Media)- Designing all marketing collateral in line with the brand guidelines I created, including brochures, landing pages and presentation templates- Content creation and copy writing for press releases, blogs, landing pages, case studies, newsletters and more- Leading the EckoAtlas project (sourcing 3D designers, wire-framing, style and concept design, presentation)

Lemonade Sky is a sustainable comfort-first solution for all women, specifically those who are DD+, who hate shopping for swimwear! Trendy, modern, minimalist styles are non-existent for extended sizes, and Lemonade Sky fills that gap. Designer quality swimwear, underwear and loungewear without the designer price tags. Made ethically in London, our swimsuits are made from recycled ocean plastics, our vegan silk loungewear is made from 100% orange peels and all of our packaging is compostable! The aim of this brand is to help women feel amazing in what they’re wearing no matter what size they are.

I managed and designed all digital campaigns, using InDesign and Photoshop for digital and printed collateral including posters and brochures. I assisted with the integration of Hubspot with the new company website and managed all social media channels, wrote blog, created landing pages, and copy edited all online material. I also created mood boards and did interior design for the marketing show offices around the UK, purchasing and setting them up in person. I managed the internal newsletters using Mailchimp, planned internal events and brainstormed ideas like Small Business competitions to improve brand exposure.

I worked as an assistant in the marketing books department and oversaw SAGE's social media channels of Social Work, Research Methods and Education. I developed Twitter campaigns and created content using Photoshop and Canva and scheduled, measured and analysed that content using Hootsuite. I assisted the design team in creating online marketing material including flyers and showcards using InDesign. I designed, wrote and created new landing pages on the SAGE website to promote various books, tailoring the tone of voice according to the channel it was for (student-focused, lecturer-focused, formal or friendly). I liaised with various departments across the company to assist in ad hoc tasks, whilst managing personal deadlines within my department. I quickly learnt software including Drupal, Amazon Advertising, SMART, Dynamics CRM and Pixl8.

I worked at a small, startup brand in the luxury fashion sector that focused on ethical and sustainable silk clothing. I developed and integrated marketing strategies and techniques that aligned with target customer and created and edited content online and in Kitty Ferreira's social media accounts, contributing to brand awareness campaigns. I also liaised with social media influencers and Kitty Ferreira customers to create reports for strategy planning. I carried out a multitude of tasks, including analysing TGI clickstream data, creating photo portfolios for various Condé Nast magazines and photo editing. Other integral parts of my role were to create weekly trade press reports sent to the entire company and liaise with different departments to carry out various ad hoc tasks. I learned and improved my skills using different software including Photoshop and Adestra.
