Theo staat voor creatief denken, het theoretiseren van modellen en het vervolgens neerzetten van structuren. Ik vond en vind het heel fijn met hem samen te werken.

Theo en ik hebben slechts een aantal maanden met elkaar gewerkt bij het CAK. Ik heb Theo leren kennen als een onderscheidende en sterke persoonlijkheid met een schat aan opgebouwde ervaring bij diverse organisaties en branches. Op het moment dat Theo overtuigd is van een aanpak of visie gaat hij er volledig voor. Hierbij laat hij daadkracht en optimisme zien. Van nature inspireert en motiveert hij een geeft hierbij energie. Hij heeft een sterk ontwikkeld gevoel voor verhoudingen maar weet ook, indien nodig, tegen de stroom in te zwemmen op zijn eigen authentieke wijze. Daarnaast is Theo gewoonweg een bijzonder prettig en open mens en heb ik het als zeer plezierig ervaren om met hem te werken.
