This business unit is comprised of principally (apart from other Developments in Chennai and Bengaluru) a US$ 2 Billion Mixed-use Property Development Project of 20 million sft (30 million sft of Built Space) in Hyderabad, India. The project is an Integrated Development comprising of IT Park, Luxury Residential Spaces, Retail, and Hospitality space. Tied up with Hyatt group for the “Grand Hyatt” brand developing 400 key Luxury Hotel and 300 key Business class hotel with “Holiday Inn”. As a start-up successfully brought on board several top Architectural, Structural and other consultants from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai and evolved the product as the most sought-after Premium Luxury Development on a Pan India basis. Successfully created a top-notch senior Operations management team sourcing from within India and established markets like Dubai, Singapore, and New York.
