Rarely have I worked with somebody who bridges the gap between customer requirements and delivery team's priorities as effectively as Jeremy. As lead interactive designer at Koncept Design Studio, I interfaced with Jeremy directly on a daily basis. Jeremy excelled at not only understanding and interpreting customer requirements, but also translating and articulating them back to the design team effectively, and more importantly, in an actionable way. While there can occasionally be naturally conflicting priorities between account management and delivery in an agency setting, often times leading to tension, Jeremy was consistently that rare person who was skilled at making everyone feel supported - the end result being that everyone on the delivery team would go out of their way for him any day of the week, because of the great relationship he nurtured with everyone on the team.
