This included the day to day management of a poster competition including strategies to encourage participation from record keeping teams across the state. I developed the project brief and an invitation to offer for an online training programme and drafted recommendations for the redevelopment of a record-keeping training framework, that included implementing current best practice e-learning options. It was an early attempt to improve access to government services. I was responsible for ongoing management and site promotion as it moved from the project phase to business as usual. I also overviewed the final testing and scoping for the next project phase. I managed relationships with communications and online managers from the education sector agencies to ensure edCentre reflected a full and current range of sector information.
