Update and provide delivery updates via ISA and by email ensuring that the Overseas Customer Service Agents are fully updated with the delivery status of the orders. • Liason with the Shipping Agents confirming the berthing and supply times required for the vessels, ensuring that the Customs document (Form 43) is passed allowing for the Oils to be delivered to the vessels. • Managing of the Transporters, Pumpers, and Delivery Agents to deliver the Marine Oils to the designated port / wharf and vessel, ensuring that the Marine Oils are delivered within the specified time, ensuring the delivery is conducted in the most economical time and method possible. • Ensuring that the correct paperwork is with the Delivery Agents and all Ship receipts are signed by the Chief Engineers and uploaded into the ISA system, completing the delivery requirements. • Updating the Overseas offices with the delivery details and any changes in the berthing / restrictions of the Ports / Wharves. • Providing quotations and process local sales to local Agents as required, and arrange delivery to local suppliers when required. • Liasing with the Hong Kong Head Office providing stock updates, delivery issues and stock shortage requirements. • Processing the Commissions and Re-Imbursement Invoices for submission on a monthly basis to the Hong Kong Office, thus ensuring all deliveries and costs are accounted for. • Providing assistance within the other areas of the Office as and when required.
