  Physically located at the office of Baker & McKenzie with a team of staff for a large part of the work day to provide corporate secretarial support to the clients and lawyers of B&M. Appointed the Company Secretary for a large number of B&M's Singapore client companies. As I was also responsible for Asiaciti Trust clients as well, I would return to the Asiaciti office towards the end of the work day to spend some time overseeing client matters there as well.   Appointed the Company Secretary of the Singapore subsidiaries of GFW, which at that point in time was a listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange. The Singapore entities ran and operated several restaurants and food operations in Singapore - amongst of which are Turf Club, Teochew City restaurants and the Her Sea Palace Thai restaurant. I was also overall responsible for the Human Resource dept with HR and Training Managers reporting to myself.
