Sherrie Harder was almost singularly influential in our (my wife and I) decision to choose Freedom Square as our Continuing Care Retirement Community in Seminole, FL. She was empathetic, anticipated reactions, anticipated problems and made it clear that she was there to reasonably resolve whatever problems might occur. Had she not been there, we would not have bought into the community. That, is either a great complement to Sherrie, or a reflection upon how ineptly we make decisions. We think the former is the appropriate interpretation.

Sherrie knows the senior housing industry like the back of her hand. While knowledgeable about the ins-and-outs of the business, she always put seniors and their needs and wants first - and that shows in the relationships that she has nurtured with them. She is motivated, optimistic, trustworthy and personable, and is interested in and has advocated for innovative solutions that benefit seniors. She is one of those rare individuals that has the whole package - making a positive impact on all she encounters in the senior living community.
