I was one of the members of the Turn Key Recruitment Project of Kohler India ( US base MNC and a giant in Sanitary ware) My duties consisted only to deliver quality CVs but also to handle "Hand Holding Activities" and (few aspects of) "ON-Boarding Practices" of the prospective candidates. I learnt many things at DWC but the most important thing i happened to learn was "not just another consultant" People say "consultants sell jobs" buts thats so not true! and we at DWC believed that "We just Inform about a good opportunity" and then choice is yours!!
