  Communicate/coordinate with Finance Chair and Operating Chair on operations of the office. Provide bi-weekly update reports to office regarding significant decisions and activities. Responsible for all matters related to running of the office including: -Dealing with the landlord on routine matters concerning maintenance and security -Monitoring incoming communications and respond to requests in a timely manner wherever possible or direct the questions to other staff or Committee Member -Keeping the Office files organized and up to date. This includes financial documents (shared with the bookkeeper) and other important documents -Ordering office supplies as required with appropriate cost control. -Referring all committee spending requests to Finance or Operating Chair -Provide back up and support for the Administration Assistant where required. Financial administration, management, and reporting: -Keep all Quick Books records updated. -Coordinate with the bookkeeper on financial matters. -Assist with the annual audit or review engagement. -Ordering of all literature supplies (Purchase Order) as required.
