During Shane's time at Udacity as Senior Copywriter, I had the pleasure of managing him, and he consistently impressed me with his lightning-fast work pace and exceptional self-management skills. He produced clean and direct copy that met the parameters of the creative brief, while also infusing his writing with attitude and humor (often making me chuckle during my review). Shane was a fantastic team player who never hesitated to contribute to both big and small projects, and his ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders helped him collaborate and continuously improve his writing output.
