      SCC Volga - Water Expert Scientific consulting company Volga was founded in 1992 by hydropower engineers, who received serious experience in practical engineering and scientific work in leading hydraulic companies and scientific institutes, such as NIIES RusHydro, MISI-MGSU, VNIG&M and KB Mosgidrostal-Project. SCC Volga founders and employees took part in the design and studies of various hydraulic structures, on the development of hydraulic calculations reference books, measurement techniques, national and industry standards. Some of our inventions and Know-Hows have been implemented at the largest hydroelectric power plants in the USSR and abroad. Since its inception, SCC Volga has been a partner of the Danish Hydraulic Institute in the distribution and use of professional MIKE by DHI software, designed to solve a wide range of tasks in hydrological, ecological and hydrodynamic modeling. We maintain business contacts with the scientific and engineering communities in Russia, Europe, America and Asia. SCC Volga was one of the first in Russia and CIS to introduce water flow measuring systems in large conduits, based on the ultrasonic Acoustic Transit-Time multi-path method. High-precision continuous flow measurement systems have been designed and implemented by SCC Volga at many hydro and thermal power plants in Russia and neighboring countries. Long-term experience in the design, installation and commissioning of such systems using equipment from the world leaders, as well as special knowledge in the field of hydraulic engineering and acoustics, allowed us to implement the development and production program of our own measuring and water quality monitoring equipment line.       Энергоэффективность и безопасность эксплуатации электростанций, водохозяйственный учет. НКФ «Волга» более 20-ти лет выполняет работы, связанные с физическими измерениями и компьютерными расчетами водных потоков для крупных водопользователей (ГЭС, ГАЭС, ТЭЦ, ТЭС, АЭС, ЦБК и т.д.). На протяжении последних 16-ти лет мы внедряем системы измерений расхода воды в водоводах больших размеров (как напорных, так и открытых), основанные на многолучевом акустическом (multipath transit-time) методе. Для объектов гидро-генерации применение этого метода наиболее актуально в подводящих турбинных водоводах электростанций и деривационных каналах. Система измерений позволяет непрерывно, на протяжении всего срока службы гидроагрегатов, производить измерение расхода воды, проходящего через турбину, с точностью до 0,5%. Интеграция системы в АСУ ТП электростанции позволяет накапливать многолетние исторические данные для различных режимов работы, постоянно и непрерывно осуществлять мониторинг и оптимизацию КПД каждого агрегата, а также перераспределять нагрузку между агрегатами с целью увеличения интегрального КПД в пределах от 1% до 5% и более. Это позволяет также отказаться от дорогостоящих периодических гарантийных и эксплуатационных энергетических испытаний, контролировать заявленные производителем характеристики гидроагрегатов. Одновременно решаются задачи безопасности (мониторинг протечек водоводов) и водохозяйственного учета. Мониторинг состояния гидроагрегатов по отклонению физических рабочих параметров от их исторических значений позволяет своевременно осуществлять их профилактику и ремонт, что приводит к снижению эксплуатационных затрат и увеличению общего срока эксплуатации. Многолучевой акустический метод измерения расхода известен с 60-х годов прошлого века, получил отражение в российских и международных стандартах (IEC60041, ANSI/ASME MFC-5M, ANSI/ASME PTC-18, ISO 6416, ГОСТ Р 51657.5-2001), имеет тысячи реализаций на объектах электро- и тепло-генерации во всем мире.
