I celebrate 420 and have encouraged my mother( who is studying biomedical engineering) to write her thesis on the effects of cannabis on insomnia .   Teatro de Garaje es un espacio alternativo para las artes, en el cual confluyen creadores autogestores de diferentes disciplinas artísticas. Se trata de una bodega, que queda dentro de un parqueadero público, que a su vez está dentro de un conjunto de casas ubicado en pleno Chapinero. El Garaje se ha convertido en una alternativa para que el público Bogotano vea teatro, danza, cine y circo. También se aprecian conciertos de diferentes géneros musicales, encuentros con poétas y la primera Galería Urbana del país, que cuenta con obras de grafiteros, muralistas, escultores y demás manifestaciones de la plástica callejera.Nuestro público puede disfrutar de nuestra programación cerveza en mano, disfrutando del Café del Garaje. Allí se aprecian objetos raros, viejos y destartalados, que se mezclan con la estética de un autentico parqueadero chapineruno. El público se parcha con frescura al calor de la fogata a apreciar las obras y echar carreta como si se tratara del anden de su barrio. Por eso no hay espacio para la formalidad ni para la elegancia. La autenticidad y el desenfado desplazan al aburrido ritual avejentado y solemne de los clásicos eventos culturales.
